Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Petitioners are elected members of Zilla Parishad, Nanded and also elected members of the District Planning Committee. They are aggrieved by communication dated 08.01.2019 issued by respondent no.2 as well as communication dated 09.01.2019 issued by respondent no.3 whereby they were prevented from attending the meeting of the District Planning Committee for a period of four months.

Challenge made to such communications is on the grounds that those were issued on extraneous consideration as well as without affording any opportunity of hearing to the petitioners. 4.

This Court by order dated 16.01.2019 had allowed the petitioners to participate in the meeting of the District Planning Committee scheduled on 16.01.2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that since the period of four months has elapsed, the writ petitions have become infructuous. However, they contend that impugned communications should not be a ground to debar the petitioners from attending future meetings of District Planning Committee.

Since apparently the period of four months has elapsed that would render the writ petitions infructuous as there is no live issue left for adjudication.

Without expressing any opinion on merit, we close all the three writ petitions as infructuous.
