Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

Perused the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court, which is sought to be reviewed.

We do not consider it necessary to change the order under review, though the applicant was not heard at the time of passing of the said order. We found, that the order is quite innocuous and the applicant should allow the Revenue Officers to obey and comply with the order. We are sure, that the Revenue Officers will understand the meaning of the order and take appropriate action.

Hence, the Review Application is rejected. Interim order dated 3rd February 2015 stands vacated.
