In this petition, this court issued notice on 24-012024. Thereafter, it is not argued and it was in await service category. Again order was passed on 30-07-2024 stating that though respondent Nos. 1 and 2 are served, no one appeared. The court passed an order to proceed Ex-parte against them. Further on 19-11-2024 one another advocate mentioned the matter stating that he wants to file vakalatnama on behalf of the petitioner. On that count time was sought. On 19-12-2024 none was present for the petitioner. The court adjourned the petition

(2) 14criwp70.24 to 27-01-2025 for passing the orders of dismissal. In spite of this none appeared on 27-01-2025. On 20-03-2025, 07-04-2025 & 24-04-2025 the matter could not reach. On 9th June, 2025 this court granted last opportunity to the petitioner and the matter was fixed today for dismissal.

However, today also none appeared for the petitioner. It is seen that order dated 17-10-2023 passed by the learned Family Court, Jalna passed in Cri. Misc. Application No. 107/2022 is challenged. From the conduct of the petitioner, this court finds that the matter has become infructuous or the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting this criminal writ petition. Continuance of petition in either case is not of any use. 3.

The criminal writ petition, is therefore, disposed off for want of prosecution.
