Petitioners assail disqualification in pursuance of Section 14(1) J-3 of Village Panchayat Act, as Member of Gram Panchayat. 2.

Apparently, Petitioners were elected in the year 2012. The term of election has expired in the year 2017. Hence, no effective order can be passed in the Petition. Consequently, Writ Petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
