This civil application is for fixing specific date for final hearing of the Appeal on the ground that the one of the Appellant is aged more than 80 years. It is also informed to the Court that in the year 2017 also matter was fixed for hearing, but could not be workout. There is no reason to decline the request. Hence, civil application is allowed. Second appeal be posted for final hearing on 28th June, 2023.
