Since the School Tribunal is seized with the issue of reversion, needless to observe that, only after controversy in respect of reversion is set at rest by the School Tribunal, the issue other than non-payment of subsistence allowance can be gone into. There is some dispute about the subsistence allowance. We direct Respondent No.3 to look into the grievance of the petitioner and subsistence allowance, if admissible is not paid to the petitioner, after hearing Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 may pass appropriate orders on or before 15th May, 2015.
