The injured has been discharged from the hospital and weapons have been recovered from the applicant. The quarrel took place since the injured was following the sister of one of the co-accused. In the peculiar circumstances and considering the age of the applicant, he deserves bail on certain conditions :-

ORDER

i) The application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant Rohit @ Kanha S/o Vilas Chandanshive, be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) with one solvent surety of the like amount, in Crime No. 164/2022, registered with Osmanabad (Rural) Police Station, Dist. Osmanabad for the ofences

948 B. A. No. 101-2023-.odt punishable under Sections 307, 323,504, read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code on the conditions that :- (a) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.

(b) The applicant shall not enter village Yedashi Taluka and District Osmanabad for a period of six months from the date of his release.

(c) He shall maintain law and order.
