Respondents Anusayabai W/o Sambhaji Umrekar and Kalpana W/o Sabha have gifted property to proposed respondent No.4, which fact is not disputed by either of the parties. In view thereof, the application is allowed in terms of Prayer Clause " B ". Appropriate amendment be carried out forthwith.

Mr N.S. Kadam waives notice for newly added respondent No.4 to the appeal and also to the applications. 3.
