The only prayer put forth by the petitioners is that the directions issued by the superior authority to respondent No.3, to deal with the complaint of the petitioners, should be looked into as respondent No.3 is ignoring the same.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. We direct respondent No.3 to consider the communication dated 30.11.2022 received by him from the concerned authority and initiate steps as are prescribed in law by following the due procedure.
