1.

The applicants are convicted for offence punishable under sections 353, 379 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for six months and to pay fine of Rs. 500/-.

Heard the learned advocate for the applicants and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. Perused the notes of evidence.

Considering the substantive sentence of imprisonment imposed on the applicants is of six months, the applicants deserve to be released on bail.

The application is therefore allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'.

Substantive sentence of imprisonment imposed on the applicants in Sessions Case No. 289/2019, by Sessions Judge, Beed, vide order dated 14.12.2022, is hereby suspended till final disposal of the appeal.

6.

The applicants be released on bail on executing personal bond of Rs. 15,000/- each with one surety each in the like amount.
