The petitioner challenges the election, interalia, the notification issued by the Respondent No.2 on 27.10.2016 on the ground that voters list was erroneous.

The names of defaulter members were also appearing in the voters list.

The disputed questions of facts can not be gone into in this Writ Petition. Moreover,

2 W.P.No.11653/17 the election has to be challenged in accordance with procedure laid down under the statute.

In view of that, we are not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition.

In case the petitioner has any other remedy and limitation is available then the petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate steps.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
