Criminal application no.134 of 2022 is preferred by the complainant, who has fled the complaint before the DAistrict DAeputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Parbhani pursuant to which the FIR is fled, which is the subject matter in Criminal Application no.2739 of 2021. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that, aaa/-
cran 2739.21.odt on the basis of the complaint, inquiry was conducted and pursuant to that inquiry, proceedings came to be initiated. Learned counsel submits that applicant is a necessary party. 2.
Learned counsel for the applicant in criminal application no.2739 of 2021 does not have objection, if the applicant in Criminal Application No.134 of 2022 is allowed to intervene and heard. Therefore, criminal application no.134 of 2022 is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. Criminal Application No.134 of 2022 is disposed off. 3.
Learned counsel for the applicant in Criminal application no.2739 of 2021 is directed to add the inervenor as party respondent no.3. Amendment shall be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. After such amendment, issue notice to the added respondent no.3. Learned counsel appearing for the intervenor waives service of notice for respondent no.3. Criminal application no.2739 of 2021 is adjourned to 29.8.2022.
