The grievance of the petitioner is, that a person against whom the petitioners have lodged several complaints, is included in the Enquiry Committee, which is constituted for considering complaints of the employees of the Department. In view of this development, they have tendered their first representation dated 20/12/2022 to respondent No.3, who has constituted the Enquiry Committee, praying for deleting the officer, against whom the petitioners have complained, from the Enquiry Committee.

The learned A.G.P. has taken instructions and submits that respondent No.3 would decide the representation dated 20/12/2022 within three weeks.
