None appears for the petitioner. Since 31st December, 2016, none had remained present for the petitioner. Thrice the matter has been adjourned.

Even otherwise, the father of the petitioner died on 21st August, 1998, more than eighteen years back. The very purpose of the compassionate appointment will not survive after such a long time. 3.
Learned Counsel for the respondent further submits that father of the petitioner was not regular employee. He was working as Assistant 1 / 2
