Shri Shinde, learned advocate holding for Shri Dube, on behalf of the petitioners submits on instructions that since the notification for acquisition of land has been withdrawn by the
respondent / state, the grievance put forth by the petitioner in this petition would not survive.

He, further, points out an order passed by this Court on 15/06/2017, in Writ Petition No. 6140/1999, in the matter of Balnath Anna Kadlag and another Versus State of Maharashtra and others, wherein for the same reason, the petition which was on identical set of factors has been disposed off. 3.
Considering the above, these petitions stand disposed off. Rule is discharged.
