The Applicant prays for setting aside the orders of the learned Registrar (Judicial) dated 09.01.2017 by which the Writ Petitions were refused registration for non removal of office objections. The Civil Applications have been filed in time.

The Applicant shall remove all office objections within three weeks from today, after which the orders of the learned Registrar shall stand set aside and the Writ Petitions shall be registered. It is made clear that if the above direction is not complied with, this order shall stand recalled, these Civil Applications would then stand rejected and the orders of the learned Registrar shall then stand restored.
