It is stated that, the name of the father of the applicant is not correctly printed by the appellant. The name should have been Mahadev s/o Shankarrao and it has been wrongly stated as Mahadev s/o Nagorao.

Appellant is directed to correct the name in the appeal memo. 3.

It appears that the paper book is ready and therefore fix the matter for final hearing on 22-02-2019. Both the parties are given understanding that, no adjournment will be granted on that day. Correction to be made forthwith.
