The Applicant is making a simple prayer before the Court that the prayer clause C-1 be allowed to be added in the Writ Petition and the copy of his appeal memo in Appeal No.33/2011 be allowed to be produced in the Writ Petition.

Shri Salgare, learned Advocate for Respondent Nos.5 and 6 and the learned AGP did not oppose this innocuous request. This Civil Application is allowed. The proposed prayer clause C-1 set out below paragraph 1 in the Civil Application, shall be added to
