PER COURT :- 1.

The applicant, who is the daughter of the non-applicant seeks leave to withdraw an amount of Rs.1,00,000/-, deposited by her father towards arrears of maintenance under the orders of this Court dated 16.9.2015. The applicant used to be taken care of and nurtured by her maternal uncle, who has passed away in the first week of December, 2015. The applicant is taking education and requires financial assistance for her survival. 2.

Learned Advocate for the respondent / father submits on instructions that this application be rejected.

Considering the above, the reasons set out and the fact that the amount has been deposited towards arrears of maintenance under the order of this Court dated 16.9.2015, this application is partly allowed. The applicant is permitted to withdraw Rs.75,000/- from this Court after submitting tangible evidence of her identity in the nature of a copy of her Aadhar Card, which would be self attested.
