This is an application seeking extension of time to decide the proposal about regularization, which was directed by this Court vide order dated 24.06.2015.

We have heard the learned A. G. P. for applicants and the learned counsel for the non applicant.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" with a rider that the same shall be decided within the extended time and no further extension would be granted.
