It is submitted that for grant of approval, initially a proposal was submitted considering the intake capacity of 40 students. The Commissioner, Handicap Welfare has recommended and forwarded the proposal to the State Government in February, 2019. The same has not yet decided.

In case the proposal forwarded by the Commissioner Handicap Welfare (page 59of this petition) is pending with respondent No. 1, the respondent No. 1 shall decide it on its own merits preferably within six months. It appears that the petitioner also submitted proposal

906W882.20.odt regarding increase of intake capacity to the Government. On the said proposal also the Government in accordance with the procedure shall take decision preferably within six months.
