On instructions, Mr. K B Jadhav, the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners, seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach before the Appellate Court under Section 29 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005.

Accordingly, the Criminal Writ Petition is disposed off as withdrawn with liberty to approach before the Appellate Court under Section 29 of the Act.
