The appellant - husband is aggrieved by the impugned judgment and order dated 27.10.2021 delivered by the learned Family Court, Latur in Petition-A No. 278/2021, by which his request for divorce has been rejected.

Issue notice to the respondent, returnable on 13th June, 2022.

Since many documents have been bundled up into a single clause in the index, leave granted to correct the index and segregate the documents and remove all office objections, on or before 21st April, 2022, failing which, this

20.22FCA Appeal shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court on 22nd April, 2022.
