The learned advocate for the petitioner submits on instructions that though several prayers have been set out, the petitioner would restrict his request to a decision on the communication forwarded by respondent no.2 dated 07.05.2021 to respondent no.1, seeking a decision on the objections with regard to the transfers, post counseling sessions. 2.

The learned AGP representing respondent no.1 submits that normally three months time is taken by the concerned department. 3.

Since the communication is dated 07.05.2021 and is pending with respondent no.1, ends of justice would be met if we direct respondent no.1 to

( 2 ) 85 wp 1766.22 take a decision by following the due procedure laid down in law on the communication dated 07.05.2021 on or before 31.03.2023. 4.

In view of above, it is expected that respondent no.1 would deal with the said communication dated 07.05.2021 as is forwarded by the respondent no.2 - Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad and after following the due procedure and by conducting a hearing as may be contemplated in the procedure and the law applicable, deliver a decision on or before 31.03.2023.
