PER COURT :- The petitioner is seeking directions to respondent No.2 to take decision in appeal No.342/02 presented by him expeditiously. Affidavit in reply has been presented on behalf of the concerned respondents, wherein, it has been stated that the matter is closed for orders on 30.7.2013. It is informed that in spite of concluding hearing of the matter on 30.7.2013, Judgment has not been passed for more than nine months. It would be, therefore, incumbent upon the concerned authority to hear the parties once again and proceed to decide the

Respondent No.2 as such, is directed to take decision in the appeal after extending opportunity of hearing to the parties, once again, in accordance with provisions of law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from today. Writ petition stands disposed of.
