The petitioner though ex facie is coming with an innocuous prayer of considering his application dated 01.12.2022 addressed to the Police Sub-Inspector, Bori Police Station, Tal. Jintur, Dist. Parbhani, a bare look at that representation would demonstrate that he is aggrieved by the theft of electric water pump fitted by him. He has named the suspect as well.

Keeping open the remedy to the petitioner as are available of resorting to lodging of the FIR or may be soliciting an order of the Magistrate under section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure or of filing a private complaint, we dispose of the petition.
