Present civil application has been filed by the applicants for bringing the legal representatives of deceased petitioner on record.

Learned Advocate for applicants submits that the sole petitioner is died on 14.10.2018. The Death Certificate dated 23.10.2018 issued by the Municipal Council, Latur is annexed with the civil application. The petitioner is survived by legal heirs as mentioned in the civil application i.e. applicants No 1-A to 1-F. Therefore, they are necessary parties in the present writ petition to

4 CA NO.12069.2019 -2cause appearance on behalf of petitioner. There is no delay in filing the present civil application.

In view of the above, civil application is allowed. The legal representatives of the deceased petitioner as mentioned in the title clause i.e. applicants No. 1-A to 1-F are allowed to be brought on record. Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks.
