Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned counsel for respondents.

The petitioner seeks direction against the respondents to post the petitioner within the radius of 30 k.m. from the working place of his wife.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Education Officer has decided his application. The same should be considered by the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad. 4.

The petitioner has given representation to the Chief Executive Officer on 10th December, 2021.

The Chief Executive Officer shall take decision on the application of the petitioner (page 25) on its own merits preferably within six weeks.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
