Learned Counsel for applicants submits that, claimant Rajendra Suklal Patil is died, when matter was reserved for fnal judgment by the Reference Court. The applicant Nos.1 to 4 are his heirs and legal representatives.

Learned Counsel further submits that, heirs and legal representatives of the deceased Rajendra Suklal Patil have already preferred present appeal. Hence requested to allow the application.
