IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY
BENCH AT AURANGABAD 63 SECOND APPEAL NO. 293/1996 WITH CA/1282/2001 IN SA/293/1996 PANDHARINATH PURUSHOTTAM RANE.
VERSUS
LAXMAN PANDU KHADKE.
CORAM:
VIJAY S.KULKARNI REGISTRAR (JUDL) DATED:
07/06/2017 1.
Perused record and proceedings. The objection notified by the office is that notice issued to respondent no.1E Suman Suresh Bhole returned unserved on the ground that she is not residing on the given address. The bailiff report is dated 07/06/2016. Thereafter no steps have been taken to serve respondent no.1-E. None is present on behalf of the appellant. There is no leave note filed by the learned Advocate for the appellant for today's date. In view of the above, it is abundantly clear that the appellant is not really interested in taking steps and to serve respondent no.1-E. Hence order.
ORDER
The appeal against respondent no.1-E Suman Suresh Bhole stands dismissed for failure to prosecute.
