The petitioner claims appointment as deemed trained teachers and submits that the petitioner possesses S.S.C. qualification and he was appointed prior to 1972. 2.
Learned A.G.P. for respondent No.1 and Mr. Yadav, learned Counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 are present. 3.
The issue is no longer res integra, in view of the various orders of this Court.

The respondent authority shall confirm for itself the date of appointment of the petitioner and the eligibility of the petitioner and if on confirmation it is found that the petitioner has been appointed prior to July-1972 and holds the necessary qualification, he shall be declared as a trained teacher and shall be entitled to draw initial salary in the pay band of Rs.1200-2040 since 1986 and the pay band of Rs.4,500-7,000/- since 1996. The same shall be done expeditiously and preferably within six (6) months. 5.
