It is an application to bring on record the legal heirs of original claimant Bapurao Bhagwan Chaure, who died on 7.1.2021. 2.

Heard learned Counsel for the respective parties. 3.

During COVID-19 pandemic period original claimant seems to have died on 7.1.2021. The application needs to be allowed.

ORDER

(i) The Civil Application is hereby allowed in terms of prayer clause (A) and (C).

(ii) The appellants to bring on record legal heirs of original claimant by making necessary amendment in the array of appeal memo and provide amended copy of appeal memo to the other side.
