All the applications are filed for bail. Both the sides are heard. This Court has perused the papers of investigation.

The learned counsel for the Applicants produced copy of order in Criminal Application No.6613 of 2014. By the order dated 17th January, 2015 this Court granted bail to one Shadab Kureshi who is involved in the said case and against whom there are similar allegations. 3.

It appears that in the incident dated 16th November, 2014 when police wanted to take action against the persons, who were involved in cow slaughter and when there was a question of dispute between two communities. The police personnel were attacked and their articles were also snatched by the persons of the community of the applicant. The offence is registered under section 394, 149 etc. of I.P.C.

The applicants are behind bars since 18th November, 2014, 29th November, 2014, 24th December, 2014 and 26th December, 2014. The police must have completed the investigation. In view of the nature of material collected against the applicants, it is not desirable to keep them behind bars till disposal of the case as it is not certain as to when the trial will be completed.

In the result, the applications are allowed. All the applicants are to be released on bail on each of them

-:(3):- furnishing P.R. and S.B. of Rs.15,000/-. They are not to tamper with the prosecution witnesses. They are not to commit similar offence.
