Heard learned advocate for applicant. By present application, prayer is made to recall the order dated 10.12.2024 and restoration of CRA to its original position. It appears that CRA has been dismissed for default for non removal of office objections within a stipulated period as per order dated 10.12.2024. 2.

Learned advocate for applicant undertakes to remove office objections within two weeks from today. In view of the undertaking, CRA is restored to file by recalling the order dated 10.12.2024. Applicant is granted further two weeks time to remove office objections. In case of
