Criminal Application No. 120/2025 is filed for granting ad-interim relief till the final disposal of the ABA No. 7/2025 on the ground that brother of the applicant is unwell, he is hospitalized and the applicant may be granted relief to meet his brother.

The learned APP points out that the brother of the applicant has undergone the surgery and he is likely to be discharged from hospital within two-three days.

Considering the submissions made above, on humanitarian ground, I deem it appropriate to grant ad-interim protection to the applicant commencing from today to till 12.1.2025.

The applicant shall not be arrested till 12.1.2025 in connection with Crime No. 121/2022 dated 17.2.2022 registered with Kotwali Police Station, District Ahmednagar for the offences punishable under sections 409, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B r/w. 34 of IPC and under sections 3, 4 and 5 of MPID Act.

This ad-interim relief will not be extended under any circumstances. Criminal Application No. 120/2025 is disposed of. 6.

List ABA No. 7/2025 on 13.1.2025.
