The learned counsel for petitioner submits that the husband of the petitioner died in the year 2013. The petitioner is entitled to the family pension. Only temporary pension is sanctioned, however, proposal for regular pension is not yet forwarded to the Respondent No.2.

Mr.Mote, learned counsel for Respondent Nos.3 and 4 submits that Respondent No.4 has already forwarded the proposal to Respondent No.3. Some steps with regard to leave sanction of the deceased husband of the petitioner are required to be complied. Learned counsel on instructions of Respondent No.3 submits that

within four (4) weeks, the proposal complete in all respect would be forwarded to Respondent No.2. The said statement is accepted. The Respondent No.3 shall forward the proposal for sanction of family pension in respect of deceased husband of the petitioner to the Respondent No.2 within four (4) weeks. On receipt of the same, the Respondent No.2 shall take decision upon it expeditiously.
