Leave to correct the prayer clause (B) by mentioning the "CJSD Court", Ahmednagar instead of "CJM Court". 2.

Heard rival submissions.

Mr. Abhishek Sable, the learned Counsel holding for learned Counsel Mr. S.B. Choudhari for the respondent made a candid statement before the Court that the respondent is not having any objection to transfer the matter as prayed in this application. In view of the same, following order is passed. (i) The application is hereby allowed.

(ii) Marriage Petition No. 1062 of 2022 pending in the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Pune is transferred to the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Ahmednagar for its disposal according to law.

(2) 956 MCA-65.2023.odt (iii) The respondent is directed to appear before the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Ahmednagar on 08.08.2023.

(iv) The application is disposed of accordingly.
