Learned counsel for the petitioner states that after securing order dated 21st December, 2004, his client did not give any instruction to him as to whether the petition should be prosecuted or not. He also expressed his doubt as to whether the petitioner is still in service. He thinks that now the petitioner might have reached the age of superannuation.
