The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is allotted with the college and admission to the second year B.E. Course. The validation proceeding is pending. 2.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader waives notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

The petitioner has approached the Court very late. Even the proposal has been filed to the Committee very late. 4.

According to the petitioner, the validity is to be submitted by 6th February, 2021.

If it is possible for the Committee, then the Committee may endeavour to decide the validation proceeding on or before 5th February, 2021.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 22nd January, 2021.
