By this application, the Special Land Acquisition Officer, Partur and the Executive Engineer, Nimna Dudhna Project Selu Division,Selu, Dist. Parbhani have been sought to be arrayed as party respondents. However, the writ petition as filed by the petitioners, claims no relief against these proposed respondents. It also does not disclose any cause of action against these proposed respondents. There is no refusal by these proposed respondents to disburse the compensation in specific terms. The proposed respondents have only stated that the amount of compensation shall be disbursed after the order of the Court. It is clear that the proposed respondents have made it clear that they would abide by the order of the
