This petition challenges the order passed below Exhibit-1 in H.M.P. No.412/2012, by which H.M.P. No.412/2012 was dismissed under Order 9 Rule 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure and the proceeding was closed.

Both the learned advocates appearing for the petitioner/husband and respondent/wife state that the husband and wife have compromised the matter and they are residing together. 3.
In that view of the matter, nothing survives in the present petition and the petition is disposed off as infructuous.
