Heard learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners.

Petitioner No.1 is an engineer by profession, whereas petitioner No.2 is studying in final year of engineering course. The claim of the petitioners that they belong to 'Mannervarlu' Scheduled Tribe is pending for verification with respondent No.2 - Committee since 2016. It is also brought to the notice of this Court that the father of the petitioners is having the validity certificate.

Considering the aforesaid factual position, it will be appropriate in our opinion to dispose of the present petition with directions to respondent No.2 - Committee and accordingly the Committee is directed to decide the claim of the petitioners that they belong to 'Mannervarlu' Scheduled Tribe within a period of twelve weeks from the date of the receipt of the order. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
