It is an application for condonation of delay moved by the applicants.

Heard Mr. Ruturaj Patil, learned counsel for the applicants and Mr. Jadhav, learned counsel for the respondents / original claimants.

There seems to be delay of 1582 days in preferring the first appeal. For the reasons stated in the application for condonation of delay, paragraph No. 2 and in the interest of justice and looking to the points in the appeal, delay needs to be condoned.
