Heard Mr. Ruturaj Patil, learned counsel for the applicants and Mr. Jadhav, learned counsel for the respondents / original claimants.

This Court was pleased to grant conditional stay subject to deposit of the entire amount of compensation under award alongwith interest accrued thereon within 8 weeks from the date of order dated 26.9.2018. It is submitted by Ruturaj Patil, learned counsel for the applicants that the applicants have complied with the said order by depositing the entire amount under award and that interim stay needs to be confirmed in view of the compliance of order.

Heard Mr. Jadhav, learned counsel for the respondents / original claimants. The conditional order passed by this Court dated 26.9.2018 seems to have been complied with by the applicants as such, interim stay granted by this Court needs to be confirmed.
