By the present petition, the petitioners are challenging the interim order passed by the learned Minister under Section 256 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966. The learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that, this is a non-reasoned order, merely one line order is passed. However, since the proceedings are pending before the Authority from the year 2020, it would be better that the Minister himself decides the pending appeal before him. The petitioners to bring to the notice of the learned Minister the order passed by this Court.

In view of the same, the learned Minister is directed to decide the pending revision application as expeditiously as possible.

WP 1336-2023 3.

Liberty to the petitioner to apply before the Minister for early hearing in the matter.

The learned AGP office to intimate this order to the learned Minister.
