Heard rival submissions. Though the learned Senior Counsel Mr. Deshmukh requested for stay of execution of judgment and decree dated 08.06.2006 passed by the learned trial Court i.e. Joint Civil Judge (Senior Division), Nanded, but the learned Counsel for respondent/plaintiff pointed out that no amount has been deposited by the present appellant/ defendant despite concurrent finding. In view of the same, the interim relief as sought by the appellant/original defendant under prayer clause (B) in Civil Application No. 1471 of 2024 stands allowed subject to payment of entire decretal amount, within the period of eight weeks before the learned Executing
