DATE : 7th July, 2017 ORAL ORDER Prayer for transfer of H.M.P. 50 of 2016 is opposed on the ground that the decree for restitution of conjugal rights is not honoured by the respondent and attempts on the part of respondent for restitution are also not responded positively.

The said objections, in my opinion, are not germane to the facts for considering the prayer of transfer of the matter. As such, said objections are over ruled.
