Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that a communication had been received at the end of the petitioner from respondent municipal corporation granting an opportunity of hearing in respect of grievance of the petitioner. Learned advocate states that hearing accordingly had taken place, however, decision is not being taken due to pendency of present writ petition.

In the circumstances, writ petition stands disposed of without prejudice to the petitioner's contentions and remedies

Having regard to aforesaid, the perceived impediment stands removed for taking decision by the corporation. 4.

All points are kept open for the parties.
