Respondent has deposited an amount of Rs. 8,00,000/- which is 50% of the total amount awarded by the tribunal. Both the parties agree that 50% of the amount deposited by the tribunal be paid to the applicant.

In view of this, 50% of the amount deposited by the tribunal be paid to the applicant on usual terms and conditions. 4.
