Mr. Patil, the learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions states that, the Collector has taken further steps and has issued show cause notice for recovery of the amount and the show cause notice states that, the amount should be deposited, else the property would be attached. The learned Additional Government Pleader further states that, if the deposits are not made after considering the explanation further steps would be taken for attachment of the properties. Within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of explanation, the Collector shall take further steps.

The statement made by the learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions is accepted. In view of the said statement made, the writ petition is disposed of, with no order as to costs. Liberty to the petitioner to file fresh petition, depending upon future course of events.
